On October 9th, University Park Police Officers Chief Harvey Baker and Lt. Daniel Enig joined police agencies from across the state of Maryland to support Special Olympics Maryland by participating in the Police Polar Bear Plunge photo shoot at Sandy Point State Park. While the water was a little cold, our officers were excited to support the athletes and Special Olympics.
