The first Council meeting of the year was kicked off with the swearing in of Harvey R. Baker as the ninth Police Chief for University Park. Chief Baker's wife and family were in attendance, as well as former Chief Wynnyk, staff, and residents. Chief Baker is looking forwarding to meeting Town residents and continuing to keep University Park a safe and wonderful place to live.
