Please join us in welcoming Private First Class (Pfc.) Officer Ronald B. Govan Jr. to the University Park Police Department. He was hired on July 22 and recently completed the Field Training and Evaluation Program. Pfc. Govan is a lateral hire who served with the Forest Heights Police Department for more than 5 years where he was the Automated Speed Enforcement Administrator. He enjoys interacting with residents, positive youth development and conducting traffic enforcement. He is currently assigned to the evening shift and is the community police officer for ward 4.
