Monday, April 5 is the candidate deadline to run for the Office of Councilmember in wards 2, 4, 5, & 6. The candidate packet is due by 5 p.m. for the candidate's name to appear on the ballot. Contact the Town Clerk for more information.
Remember, the deadline to apply for a University Park Woman's Club scholarship is April 5th. Applicants can mail (UPWC, P.O. Box 222, Riverdale, MD 20738) or email the completed application form. Applications are available with the counselors at local high schools.
