How do I get a UP sticker?

A blue UP sticker can be obtained at Town Hall (6724 Baltimore Avenue) during normal business hours and is free. Bring your driver’s license and your license plate number with you to Town Hall to get your sticker.

If you are a renter, you may obtain a parking permit - stickers aren't given out to temporary residents. Bring your driver’s license, a copy of your signed lease agreement and your license plate number. Renters will receive a yellow parking permit which is displayed on the rear view mirror of the vehicle.
