How do I get a UP sticker?

A blue UP sticker can be obtained at Town Hall (6724 Baltimore Avenue) during normal business hours and is free. The sticker serves as a parking permit for homeowners. Bring your driver’s license and your tag number with you to Town Hall to get your sticker. If you are a renter, bring your driver’s license, a copy of your signed lease agreement and your tag number. Renters will receive a yellow parking permit which is displayed on the rear view mirror of the vehicle.
