I'm thrilled to announce the Town has published a new Residents' Guide which is now available on the Town's website at www.upmd.org/Residents-Guide. This is a wonderful resource for residents to access information about town services, staff and Council contacts, permits, transportation, schools, public spaces and more all in one convenient place.

I would like compliment and thank outgoing Town Clerk Andrea Marcavitch and graphic designer (and town resident) George Wilkinson for their hard work on this publication. I would also like to thank town staff for their input and review.

We plan to have this guide printed as well and will have copies available at Town Hall. We will let you know when they become available. For now, please share this publication with neighbors and fellow residents and join me in congratulating our wonderful staff and collaborators on a job well done.
