Overview
The Town of University Park has its own municipal government, consisting of an elected mayor and seven council members that represent the seven wards of the town. Council meetings are held on the first and third Mondays each month at the University Park Elementary School, 4315 Underwood Street, in the media center. The debates are often lively, as the future of University Park is always a matter of interest and discussion. Although the issues change, the preservation of the charm and character of the town is of the utmost concern.
