Details: The University Park Development Overview Committee will meet to discuss the following agenda items:

1. Approval of agenda

a. Non-Project Items
1. North County Transportation Study: Study underway covers Rt. 1 from East-West Highway to Beltway (I-495). Action Item: Set up subcommittee to follow this project and report to DOC.

2. Zoning Ordinance Rewrite: Review draft rewrite document.
a. Report from Mr. Tabori, Mr. Schultz and Ms. Ferguson on Listening Sessions held in October.
b. Identification of issues with existing draft
c. Discuss development of a letter of Town Comments to County on draft or other action to be taken.
b. New Projects Submitted (Plans and other documents are on the Dropbox)
c. Projects that the DOC is following: (No action required, informational)

1. Dewey Property: most of the large surface parking lot at the northeast corner of Belcrest and Toledo Rd. No application filed. Preliminary meeting with developer was held with Mayor Carey and Councilperson Wells on 7/25/17. Project entirely within City of Hyattsville.

2. Cafritz: Possible changes to elements and schedules. (no further information)

3. Bicycle Pedestrian Planning: No new information.

4. Landy Property: No application filed.
